LVR-Niederrheinmuseum Wesel

(Lower Rhine Museum)

The Lower Rhine even has its own museum here

OPEN TO VISITORS AGAIN FROM 18 JULY!

As a regional museum, it is dedicated to the history of the Lower Rhine from various perspectives. The central narrative and architectural element in the new permanent exhibition is the Rhine and life on the river, which runs through the first floor as a connecting ‘wave’. The history and stories of the region are linked to this river.

Modern, medial and full of emotion, the new exhibition is a great excursion destination, especially for families, with many exciting topics and hands-on stations!
